Ran a 6 km with Roberto. 25 DEG and sunny. Had lunch with Jose and Solvej and gave them a guided tour of the Agency.

Dinner at La Java.

Went to Heidelberg, and home via the B3. Rain and cloudy but quite warm.

Jose and Solvej here. Had dinner at Yang Ji.

29 DEG C and no wind. Our two big ventilators in the office broke down last week. Replacements should arrive Friday.

Got back from vacation yesterday. My apartment is a mess.

Did four loads of laundry.

Went to Frankfurt to shop for sailing shoes etc (didn't find any), afterwards met with people from ESOC sailing club at the Heinerfest in Darmstadt. Got quite drunk.

Ran a nice 6 km (with the hill) at noon. Rain, 20 DEG C.
